KHIHO'S 6-Month Limited Warranty applies solely to KHIHO products purchased from our website, khiho.com, or from authorized KHIHO retailers.
We only offer free repairs or refurbishments due to faulty factors for those with our warranty card.

If you'd like to request a repair, please send us an email to cs@khiho.com with item images, repair details, purchase information, and a photo of the warranty card. We'll get back to you within 3 business days.

For requests with expired warranty cards, we do offer paid repair services. Please send us an inquiry to cs@khiho.com.
