Shipping and returns

Please Note

· We allow one-time size exchange for the same style for the international orders within 7 days of delivery.
· Unless the item(s) is marked Final Sale, KHIHO offers a return for new and unused products from customers within 7 calendar days from the order delivery date.
However, as we work based on a made-to-order system, we strongly encourage you to shop responsibly.
· For return, we will subtract the US restocking fee per returned pair deducted from the refund amount.
· Shipping for returns will be charged, USD 35. USD 10 for any additional pair.
· All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them.
· It is not considered faulty if
1. The color is slightly different due to the resolution of your monitor screen.
2. Minor wrinkles or spots due to the natural characteristic of leather.
· When returning by mail, please make sure to return the shoes/ accessory items and its corresponding box inside another solid carton box to no damage the original packaging.
· In the unlikely event that your order is processed incorrectly or your item(s) arrived damaged, please email cs@khiho.com. We ask that you include photos of the incorrect/damaged merchandise for our reference.
· Any returns received which do not meet our return policy requirement and orders returned to us without a return authorization may be refused.

Return & Exchange process

1. Request a return/exchange request to KHIHO Customer Service cs@khiho.com with details within 7 days of delivery.(Order number, reason, and size if necessary)
2. After the approval from our team, please send all unworn, unused merchandise accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
3. All returns that are shipped back within the 7 days time period, and it will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Final Sale

· Sale items mean any items purchased with markdown are subject to final sale. It cannot be returned or exchanged.
· Items purchased with a store credit or coupon code.
· KHIHO reserves the right to reject any refunded items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.



Refused Packages

· If an item is returned to us because a customer refused to receive the package, KHIHO will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred. KHIHO is not responsible for refunding the value of returned goods that have been refused by customers.
